The ADEV Group is a cooperative company offering services in the field of renewable energies. As a contractor, it designs, finances, and operates district heating networks, solar power, wind power, and hydropower plants, supplying buildings and entire neighbourhoods with renewable energy. ADEV operates in Switzerland and neighbouring countries (France and Germany).

For our experienced operations team at the headquarters in Liestal, we are looking for a

Service Technician Energy Systems (80-100%)

Your tasks:

Together with the Head of Operations, you ensure the reliable operation of our plants: hydropower stations, solar power and wind systems, as well as thermal energy systems. You identify optimisation potential and implement measures with a view to economic efficiency.

• Together with the operations team, you ensure the proper technical operation and remote monitoring of the energy systems.
  
• You rectify faults on site and involve external specialists if necessary.
  
• You plan and carry out maintenance work, if necessary together with plant attendants/third parties.
  
• You organise and supervise maintenance and repair work up to the replacement of entire plant components, possibly in cooperation with third parties.
  
• You read meters, prepare measurement data, and contribute to the preparation of operational reports.
  
• You participate in the 24-hour on-call service by arrangement.

Your profile:

For this role, you have a technical education related to the energy sector and ideally more than two years of professional experience. You impress with a strong technical understanding and analytical thinking skills. You enjoy discovering new things and continuous development, as well as working in a committed team and independently.

You communicate confidently in German, have basic knowledge of French, and are familiar with common MS Office applications. Additionally, you hold a category B driving licence.
