for a committed and motivated specialist (60-100%) with training in sociocultural animation, social work or youth work

Area of responsibility

• Joint development of innovative and participatory projects and events with young people (16-29 years), regional and cantonal
• Support for young people in their life worlds and dealing with various topics such as poverty, racism, LGBTQIA+, ...
• Support for youth work in the pastoral areas
• Collaboration in association youth work (Jungwacht/Blauring, altar servers, scouts, etc.)
• Further development of youth pastoral care together with various players

You bring with you

• Completed training in sociocultural animation, social work, youth work or religious or social pedagogy or equivalent training
• Knowledge and experience in project management
• Interest in working with young people in the areas of faith, spirituality and church
• Flexibility and willingness to work in the evenings and at weekends as well as for youth trips
• Interest in professional and personal development
