The Social Assistance Department supports people in need. You bring openness, team spirit and flexibility in dealing with changing situations and people.

Your daily challenges. You…

• advise people receiving social assistance – both personally and organisationally.
• prepare decision-making bases for the social assistance authority and other specialist offices.
• ensure they receive the correct financial support to cover their basic needs.
• document the ongoing entitlement to support.
• monitor whether agreed rules and regulations are adhered to.

The skills you bring. You…

• have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (FH) or an equivalent qualification and bring several years of professional experience in the field.
• ideally have knowledge of social insurance systems.
• have a good IT understanding and ideally know KLIBnet.
• distinguish yourself through an independent, efficient and careful working style.
• actively contribute to constructive and cooperative collaboration.
