Project Manager: Construction Management 80–100 %
In this key role, you take responsibility for the successful realisation of large construction projects in the residential and commercial sectors. You lead internal project teams as well as external partners, ensure cost, schedule and quality targets, and represent the interests of the client with foresight and negotiation skills. With your expertise and experience, you contribute significantly to the further professionalisation of the project business and set standards for efficient and sustainable project realisation.

Your tasks:

• Independent leadership and coordination of demanding construction projects from building permit to commissioning (SIA phases 41 to 53) in construction management, general planning or total contractor model.
• Responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality – including active opportunity and risk management
• Management of internal project teams (planning manager, site manager) as well as control of external partners, contractors and authorities
• Consultation and support of clients throughout the entire process
• Quality assurance in tendering, awarding, contracts, invoice approvals and change order management
• Preparation of project and monthly accounts as well as securing project success
• Partnership-based and solution-oriented collaboration with contractors and partners

What you bring:

• Training as a HF technician in building construction or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience (5–10 years) as a project manager in building construction with a focus on residential and commercial developments, possibly also hotel complexes and care facilities.
• Experience in leading internal and external project teams
• Enjoyment in coordinating and realising a wide variety of construction projects
• Strong initiative, negotiation skills, cost awareness as well as direct and open communication
• IT affinity with sound knowledge of Office 365, MS Project and Messerli
