To strengthen our Care team at our Senevita Casa Vaud site, Lausanne sector, we are looking immediately or by agreement for:

A Nurse HES 80%-100%

Your tasks

Assessments, advice and support for various clients
Health control nursing care
Coordination of interventions with the planning team
Hygiene and comfort care
Supervision and follow-up of auxiliary staff
Transmission of information to various stakeholders, updating of records
Interdisciplinary cooperation with health insurance funds, doctors and hospitals
Participation in meetings
Occasional integration into the regional on-call service

Your profile

HES nursing diploma or equivalent with Red Cross recognition and right to practice
Minimum 2 years of experience required in home care, including knowledge of the Vaud care network
Ability to organize independently and flexibility
Sense of responsibility
Experience in personnel management and leadership
Proven knowledge in the use of RAI
Digital skills (IT and mobile tools)
Oral and written command of the French language
Holder of a driving license and residence in the Lausanne region
