IT Infrastructure: Operation, administration and further development of the IT infrastructure at Pro Infirmis
Troubleshooting: Support with specialised applications and tools
Project Management: Planning, execution and leadership of IT projects
Documentation: Creation and maintenance of work and installation processes
Support: 2nd-level support for more complex technical enquiries
Responsibilities:
Education: IT vocational training or ICT specialist training (e.g. HF/FH)
Professional Experience: System technology, networks (LAN, WAN, NAC) and IT support
Technologies: Microsoft 365 (Entra, Intune), Windows Server
Project Leadership: Initial experience in project management
Languages: Very good German skills, good French skills
