Role:
Actively shape the further development of complex IT infrastructures and bring your expert knowledge into demanding transformation projects. You are responsible for the conception and implementation of scalable system landscapes with a focus on stability, security, and performance. As a competent contact person, you coordinate cross-departmental requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions. You analyse existing systems, identify optimisation potentials, and drive sustainable improvements. In this role, you actively shape strategic technology decisions and accompany their successful rollout.
Responsibilities:
- As an IT project manager, you take responsibility for ERP projects across the entire Abacus application range.
- In this role, you lead workshops and develop well-founded implementation concepts for our customers together with the team.
- You manage projects while adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
- You coach the project team in methodological approaches as well as in planning and implementation.
- You actively support the sales team in acquisition and customer presentations.
- You contribute to resource planning and ensure efficient utilisation within the project team.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or an equivalent qualification.
- Your background in business informatics or business administration (HF or FH) helps you to confidently master complex challenges.
- You bring project management training and are familiar with common project management methods.
- You have already gained solid experience in leading software projects, ideally also with Abacus and other applications.
- You maintain a structured and organised working style even in demanding situations.
- As a communicative team player, you enjoy networking people and passing on information purposefully.
