For the successful sale of our high-quality condominium apartments, we are looking for a committed and sales-strong personality as:

Real Estate Consultant (80-100%)

Your main tasks

• Sale of condominium apartments in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Preparation of location and market analyses
• Development of marketing concepts in cooperation with internal departments and external agencies
• Support of banks and notaries
• Implementation of defined marketing measures including budget control
• Advice and support of customers throughout the entire sales process
• Organisation and conduct of viewings and sales talks
• Preparation of condominium establishment documents and purchase contracts up to signing at the notary

Your profile

• Experience in the real estate sector, especially in the sale of condominiums
• Sound real estate expertise and a commercial education, ideally complemented by further training in the real estate industry
• High social competence and pronounced personal responsibility
• Proactive, independent and trustworthy working style with great commitment and passion
• Confident German in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to flexible mobility
