Job Description

Within the quality control department, your mission will be to carry out inspections of components upon receipt.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Performing aesthetic, dimensional and functional checks of our movement components
• Ensuring the tracking of parts in the ERP system
• Generating inspection reports electronically
• Making first contact with suppliers in case of non-conformities as well as conducting on-site inspections

Qualifications

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in micromechanics or watchmaking
• You have training in quality management and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the watchmaking sector
• You are proficient with common and specialised measuring instruments (dial gauge, measuring bench, gauges, durometer, Marcel Aubert profile projector, Microspeed, GR20, friction control device, etc.)
• You have excellent visual acuity and are comfortable performing inspections under microscopes and binoculars
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, control software and ERP systems. Knowledge of Ellistat is a plus
• Naturally rigorous, you have good analytical skills and enjoy working as part of a team
