As part of the change in our ERP landscape for our cable production site in Däniken, we are looking for you! Together we create the foundation for future success. You strengthen our team in a key role, shape new processes and implement them sustainably.

Your day at Studer Cables:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees with a focus on smooth production processes.
• You ensure optimal staffing with forward-looking shift and holiday planning.
• You keep an eye on production and quality and respond quickly and solution-oriented to deviations.
• Train and instruct employees on machines and in relevant processes.
• Together with your team, you optimise workflows and drive continuous improvement.

This is you:

• You have completed a technical or mechanical training and have experience in a technical environment.
• You have leadership experience in a comparable role and enjoy clear, appreciative leadership.
• Networked thinking, independent working and a structured approach are among your strengths.
• With initiative, responsibility and assertiveness, you advance topics.
• Good PC user skills in SAP and MS Office complete your profile.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
