Your tasks

• Operational management of the business
• Active participation as a host personality during service
• Development and implementation of measures to achieve the specified economic goals
• Planning and execution of all actions, events and sales-promoting measures
• Responsibility for cost and budget control as well as ordering
• Leadership, qualification and promotion of the team
• Completion of administrative tasks such as billing, monthly closings and inventories
• Compliance, implementation and control of hygiene and occupational safety regulations

Your profile

• In possession of a catering licence or willing to obtain it with our help
• Completed training in the hospitality industry, as a restaurant specialist EFZ, cook EFZ or graduation from a hotel management school
• Experience in managing a hospitality business
• Basic IT knowledge and system affinity
• Very good German and English skills
• Friendly and team-oriented personality with a neat appearance
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Resilience and assertiveness
