Purchaser 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You handle operational and strategic procurement processes for goods and services.
You obtain, check, compare offers and evaluate them in terms of price and conditions.
In negotiations with suppliers, you advocate for economical purchasing conditions.
You manage existing suppliers and keep relevant information about business relationships up to date.
You monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks if necessary.
You participate in inventories and ensure correct recording of stock.
You receive requirements from various departments and coordinate the corresponding procurement.
You continuously review existing purchasing processes for costs, availability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.
You bring professional experience in purchasing, ideally from a technical or industrial company.
You are familiar with the basic processes of stock management and inventory.
You are confident in dealing with suppliers and possess negotiation skills.
Good user knowledge of MS Office and experience with an ERP system are required.
You work independently, are organised and keep an overview even with multiple procurement processes.
You have a very good command of German, both spoken and written.
French language skills are an advantage and facilitate communication with other contacts.
