To meet these demands, we are looking from November 2026 or by arrangement for a committed and proactive: 

Process Specialist in Order Management at 100% 

Your tasks: 

• Order initiation in the IT system
• Managing master data for all items (raw materials, purchasing and stock parts), bills of materials and spare parts lists of the PPS
• Creating internal documents and working papers
• Order planning
• Managing certificates
• Interface between sales, engineering, purchasing and supporting them in technical clarifications
  

Your profile:

• Apprenticeship as a polymechanic in the machine industry with further training as a process specialist or similar
• Practical experience in coordinating and controlling complex order processes
• Good technical understanding and quick comprehension
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
