Job Description
With this new professional challenge, you will be able to demonstrate your talent through the following tasks:
- Facilitate collaborative workshops to gather business requirements
- Map business processes involving a good mastery of process modelling and BPMN notation
- Write detailed functional specifications / User stories
- Assist the Product Owner in their activities
- Support technical teams (development team, product integrator, etc.) in understanding the expected solution
- Perform integration tests
- Support the business during the acceptance testing phase (UAT)
Qualifications
For our professional excellence, you will bring:
- 4 to 6 years minimum experience in business analysis in the IT field
- Higher education degree in computer science (Engineering School / HES / Master or equivalent)
- Experience in an IT services company preferred
- Native French speaker
- Excellent command of English (written / spoken)
- Swiss or European nationality
- Sense of service and commitment
- Product Owner experience, an asset
- Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification, a plus
- Proven experience in test coordination
- Ability to integrate, work in a team, collaborate and unite teams
