The Department of Civil Engineering is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of the cantonal roads as well as water engineering and slow traffic in Graubünden. We also take care of the operational maintenance of the national roads within the canton. The canton’s road infrastructure includes over 1,450 civil engineering structures, including bridges at dizzying heights of up to 90 metres and tunnels up to 3 kilometres long. The challenges posed by the nature of our mountain canton in summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. We are looking for a Road Maintenance Worker for the Road Maintenance Department in District 5 Davos from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Carrying out road maintenance work in a small maintenance team
- Summer and winter service
- Clean-up and repair work after accidents or natural events
- Inspection of road conditions and road facilities
- On-call duty (summer and winter)

- Category C driving licence advantageous
