To strengthen our F&B team with a focus on the brasserie, we are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) 60-100% by arrangement.

Your mission:

• Direct contact person for our international restaurant guests
• Managing your own service station
• Correct billing with the guest and the establishment
• Wine is your passion. You convey your wine knowledge charmingly and purposefully
• Provision of all necessary resources for a smooth service process
• Good knowledge of offers and products
• Ensuring high guest satisfaction and comprehensive guest care
• Assisting and possibly taking over other stations if needed (bar, buffet, reception)
• Cross-departmental, team-promoting collaboration
• Participation in internal training courses

What scores with you:

• Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist EFZ is a great advantage
• First professional experience in a comparable position
• You demonstrate charm, social skills and an authentic, natural friendliness in dealing with guests, superiors and colleagues
• You are a true host at the front
• You sell wines, spirits and dishes competently and always with a warm smile
• You always keep an overview and calm even during busy periods
• You like to take responsibility and have strong communication skills (D/E, F an advantage) as well as an independent working style
• High flexibility and commitment are natural for you
