Your Team

As a Quality Manager, you report directly to the Head of Quality Management. You support management in all matters of quality management including quality-relevant projects and processes. In this versatile role, you work interdisciplinarily as well as across clinics and departments with various specialist areas. You appreciate cross-disciplinary collaboration and have a strong affinity for quality- and process-relevant topics and improvements. You are happy to take responsibility in the development, further advancement, and daily operations of the Quality and Process Management area.

What to Expect

• Dynamic, interdisciplinary and supportive environment
• Development, maintenance and further advancement of a new process tool/document management system for the entire Reha Rheinfelden group
• Support in coordinating all operational quality activities including conducting internal and external audits, patient surveys, and process management including the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Organisation, coordination and preparation of various audits
  (ISO standards, ANQ, H+ guidelines as well as SW!SS rehabilitation quality criteria). Optional delivery of training and workshops on quality-related topics
• Analysis of critical incidents and development of preventive measures

What You Bring

• Team spirit, service orientation and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Completed commercial or medical training, ideally with subsequent specialisation in quality management and/or business administration education (university/FH or HF)
• Ideally several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in healthcare
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented and reliable working style
• Very good communication skills and initiative
