Specialist: Quality, Processes & Projects (a) 80-100%- You create transparency by producing precise customer reports and KPI analyses and deriving concrete recommendations for action from them
- You actively drive service quality forward, identify improvement potentials and implement effective optimisation measures
- You manage contract changes end-to-end within the change management process and ensure smooth implementation
- You continuously develop processes, guidelines and manuals and take our way of working to the next level
- You orchestrate nationwide assignments, keep an overview and ensure a convincing presentation of results for the customer
- You are a sparring partner for account management and keep the threads together in day-to-day operations
- You design exchange formats by planning and conducting meetings, training sessions and events in a targeted manner
- You take ownership of smaller projects and independently bring them from the idea to successful implementation
- You have completed vocational training or further education (HF/FH) with a business management foundation or in facility management or a comparable field
- You think in networks, analyse precisely and keep an overview even in complex contexts
- You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner and bring the necessary assertiveness and perseverance
- You convince with your clear communication and a strong customer orientation
- You use MS Office, especially Excel, confidently and purposefully for analysing and preparing data
- You communicate fluently in German; knowledge of French is a plus
