To support and expand our sales area, we are looking for a committed and convincing personality with a passion for architecture, technical understanding, and joy in advising a discerning clientele.
We design spaces that open up views – and we are looking for personalities who do the same in sales.
In your role as a sales consultant, you represent swissFineLine to architects, clients, and planners with natural persuasiveness and a confident, winning demeanour. You accompany customers and architects from the initial idea to contract signing. In doing so, you know how to translate architectural visions into concrete solutions and build trust through expertise and sensitivity.
With commitment, you develop the sales area in the Bern region, maintain your network with foresight, and recognise potential early. Whether during personal visits on site or when presenting our products in our competence centre, at trade fairs and events – you act proactively, in a structured manner, and with genuine enthusiasm for what you do.
You are an established sales personality with experience in consultative selling – ideally in the architecture, construction, or design environment. Your communicative strength, confident appearance, and negotiation skills enable you to advise and inspire on equal footing.
You live a customer-oriented attitude, think entrepreneurially, and bring the necessary willingness to travel within the sales area. In addition to very good German skills, you ideally also have French or English skills to confidently communicate with foreign-language contacts.
