Your Tasks

Installation, commissioning and maintenance of medical technology devices and systems at customer sites: hospitals, retirement and nursing homes, clinics

Carrying out periodic maintenance, safety and metrological checks (STK / MTK) and repairs according to manufacturer specifications in compliance with MDR / MepV requirements

Fault diagnosis and rapid troubleshooting, including spare parts management

Telephone support for customers' technical questions

Instruction and training of nursing and technical staff in the use of the devices

Documentation of all service assignments in our ERP/service management system

Close cooperation with internal sales, sales and manufacturers regarding technical queries and complaints

Scheduling customer appointments

Supplier contact / attending training sessions

Identifying potential customer needs and reporting them to the sales team

Concluding service contracts: after successful training and in-depth product knowledge, with appropriate suitability and interest

Profile

Completed technical basic training, e.g. as a medical technician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician or comparable

Experience in medical technology service or in a technically demanding environment is an advantage

Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MDR, MepV) is a plus, but not a prerequisite

Strong customer and service orientation, professional appearance

Independent, structured working style and high reliability

Driving licence category B

Fluent German; additional languages are an advantage, especially EN, FR or IT

Confident handling of common IT tools (ERP, MS Office)
