Within the new CHANEL boutique in Zurich, a dedicated space welcomes clients for alteration, care and repair services, supported by a team of experts, artisans, and seamstresses.
In this context, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Assistant for a 4- to 6-month internship, based in Zurich, starting in July/September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
As part of one of our Fashion boutiques, your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting clients throughout the entire after-sales process, in line with CHANEL's client experience standards, after-sales service philosophy, and the CHANEL & moi commitment.
- Helping embody the CHANEL & moi expertise by turning potential customer dissatisfaction into a positive experience and strengthening customer loyalty to the House.
- Registering repair requests in internal systems, monitoring their progress, and updating their status throughout the repair process.
- Communicating with all relevant stakeholders, including global, local, and external workshops.
- Assisting in coordinating all product shipments, deliveries, and incoming goods.
- Coordinating, when necessary, the availability of appropriate tools, equipment, and spare parts by managing dedicated orders and inventory.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the workspace to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.
- Acting as an ambassador for the CHANEL & moi commitment and participating in regular morning briefings with the sales team.
Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the luxury, hospitality, and/or retail sector is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks.
- A strong sense of hospitality and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and German, along with proficiency in standard computer applications.
INTERNSHIP - After-Sales Service Assistant - Fashion Boutique (M/F) - July / September 2026

- Within the new CHANEL boutique in Zurich, a space is dedicated to welcoming clients for alteration, care and repair services, with the presence of experts, artisans and seamstresses.
- In this context, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Assistant for an internship lasting 4 to 6 months, based in Zurich, starting in July/September 2026.
Responsibilities:
Integrated within one of our Fashion boutiques, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- You welcome and assist the client throughout the after-sales process, in accordance with CHANEL’s principles regarding client experience, the after-sales service philosophy and the CHANEL & moi commitment.

Job Specifications / Profile:
Student in higher education in business or management
Experience in the luxury, hospitality and/or retail sector.
Excellent interpersonal and oral skills.
Organisation, rigour, sense of priorities.
Sense of hospitality and ability to find solutions.
Fluency in English, German and computer tools.
