• Programme Management: By continuously steering and coordinating strategic initiatives, you make a decisive contribution to the group
• Project Management: You take responsibility for operational and strategic projects and successfully bring them to completion end-to-end – with foresight and clear goal orientation
• Business Development: You have a feel for trends and analyse market movements as well as the competitive environment, but also internal developments, to identify opportunities early and support management with analyses and presentations

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the dynamic environment of e-commerce
• A completed degree (FH/University) in business administration or a similar field
• Confidence in using project management tools and the associated methodology. Knowledge of the Atlassian environment is an advantage
• A proactive attitude, flexibility, and a high sense of responsibility. Your commitment and reliability make you an indispensable support in the team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convince and motivate others – whether in a workshop or a presentation
• Strong analytical skills (business case, data analysis) and a structured way of working with high problem-solving competence
• A strategic mindset complemented by agile thinking and acting as well as high personal responsibility
