What to expect
- Programme Management: By continuously steering and coordinating strategic initiatives, you make a decisive contribution to the group
- Project Management: You take responsibility for operational and strategic projects and successfully bring them to completion end-to-end – with foresight and clear goal orientation
- Business Development: You have a feel for trends and analyse market movements as well as the competitive environment, but also internal developments, to identify opportunities early and support management with analyses and presentations
- Innovation Promotion: You actively foster a culture of innovation within the company and bring in new impulses
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with various departments, manage stakeholders at all levels, and lead interdisciplinary teams to success professionally
- Project Budget Planning and Monitoring: You plan, control, and monitor the budgets of your projects and ensure that resources are used efficiently
What you bring
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the dynamic environment of e-commerce
- A completed degree (FH/University) in business administration or a similar field
- Confidence in using project management tools and the associated methodology. Knowledge of the Atlassian environment is an advantage
- A proactive attitude, flexibility, and a high sense of responsibility. Your commitment and reliability make you an indispensable support in the team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convince and motivate others – whether in a workshop or a presentation
- Strong analytical skills (business case, data analysis) and a structured way of working with high problem-solving competence
- A strategic mindset complemented by agile thinking and acting as well as high personal responsibility
