The Management of the Workshops is looking for a qualified socio-professional master (M/F) for the Espace-Graphique workshops at a 70% activity rate.
Mission
You provide workers with individualized support through activities related to printing and mailing. You are committed to developing and maintaining their skills according to their individual projects, needs, and desires. You ensure the operation of the specialized activities of the Espace-Graphique workshops in synergy with your colleagues, particularly in terms of substitution and organization.
You are responsible for the proper execution of mandates in terms of quality and respect for deadlines and adapt the organization of work according to the clients' wishes.
Responsibilities
Offer workers support related to their specific needs and the activities of printing and/or binding.
Facilitate an adapted social integration process.
Work in an interdisciplinary mode while respecting institutional policies.
Integrate your activity into the institutional functioning and all the workshops of EBHL.
Promote the workshop's activities externally.
Be proactive in the support strategies and tasks related to the workshops.
Participate in reflections and educational orientations during interdisciplinary exchanges and actively collaborate with internal and external networks, families, and curators.
Ensure the administrative tasks related to the workshop and the workers.
Develop, through appropriate pedagogical means and targeted activities, the acquisition of new skills for the workers.
Acquire and master the gestures related to the specific activity of printing.
Desired Profile
Recognized diploma of MSP or equivalent title.
CFC of commercial employee and/or broad technical knowledge of activities related to printing work.
Confirmed professional experience in the field of disability and behavioral disorders - ASD.
Sense of organization, collaboration, and networking.
Adaptation and communication skills.
Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office programs.
Experience in managing a workshop is an asset.
