Technical Order Processing & Export Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
You will have a versatile role in the international internal sales department with a focus on spare parts, export, and technical customer support. You will be responsible for your own customer base from inquiry to invoicing and will also coordinate national and international deliveries. Close collaboration with engineering, purchasing, production planning, warehouse, and shipping provides you with a varied range of tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of a customer base from inquiry to invoicing
Commercial and technical handling of spare parts inquiries and customer orders
Coordination of national and international shipping and export orders
Coordination with purchasing, production planning, engineering, warehouse, and shipping
Preparation and follow-up of quotations
Handling of repairs, returns, and credit notes
Processing of complaints and customer-specific special cases
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally in the machinery or industrial sector
Commercial basic training with a technical background or strong technical understanding
Solid experience in international order and export processing
Knowledge of shipping, export, and freight forwarding processes
Very good knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and Excel
Very good German and very good English skills; French is an advantage
