Customer Advisor Health Insurance - VBV Advantage | Career Changers Welcome

Your tasks:

• Telephone advice to insured persons and interested parties in German (inbound)
• Providing information on various questions from all contact persons by phone, chat & e-mail
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Continuous monitoring of open pending matters
• Possible administrative and coordinative activities

Your profile:

• Experience in customer consulting and direct customer contact
• Commercial training or training/experience in customer service is an advantage
• Career changers are welcome, provided they have experience in customer consulting
• Confident German in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
• High customer and service orientation
• Completed VBV training in insurance is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
