The Role:

We are looking for an analytical Business Analyst who forms the interface between business departments and IT. You analyse business processes, gather requirements and support the development of efficient solutions. In doing so, you work closely with stakeholders, product owners and development teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Analysing and optimising existing business processes.
• Creating requirements documents, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Moderating workshops and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Translating business requirements into actionable technical concepts.
• Supporting testing, quality assurance and the introduction of new solutions.
• Accompanying implementation in collaboration with business and IT.

What We Are Looking For:

Must-have criteria:

• Experience in business analysis or a comparable role.
• Knowledge of requirements management and process analysis.
• Ability to document complex requirements clearly.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders.

Nice-to-have criteria:

• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and agile methods.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and BPMN.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs and software development.
• Experience with User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
