Your tasks

• Competent support and advice to customers by phone and e-mail
• Recording, processing and coordinating customer orders
• Close cooperation with internal departments and the field sales team
• Maintenance of customer and product data as well as general administrative tasks
• Participation in the optimisation of workflows and processes

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Experience in sales back office or customer service is an advantage
• Very good Italian and German skills, both spoken and written
• French or English skills are an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Good MS Office skills, ERP experience is a plus
