Infrastructure Caretaker (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Carrying out maintenance work inside and outside the buildings (garden and cleaning work)
• Performing maintenance and repairs on systems and facilities including their documentation
• Issuing, supervising and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines and quality
• Performing maintenance and minor repairs, if technically possible
• On-call duty for emergency interventions and winter service work
• Monitoring the maintenance and care of assigned vehicles, machines and equipment as well as the cleaning materials used

Your Profile

• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Experience in caretaking or building maintenance is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style
• Healthy assertiveness and good communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Very good German and good MS Office user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) are an advantage
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
