YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Independent planning, organisation and implementation of national and international congresses, conferences and meetings
• Professional advice and support of our customers throughout the entire project cycle – from conception to successful execution
• Preparation of offers, project budgets, presentations and project documentation
• Negotiation, selection and coordination of hotels, congress and conference venues, transport companies as well as other service providers at home and abroad
• Responsibility for budget control as well as preliminary and final calculations
• Coordination of all project participants and ensuring a smooth process

WHAT YOU BRING

• Training in tourism or commercial field
• Experience in organising congresses
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• High customer and service orientation as well as a professional appearance
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High resilience, flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally for work
• Confident handling of the Amadeus reservation system
• Very good German, English and French skills, both spoken and written
