Project:
For a project, we are looking for a Project Management Assistant (m/f/d) with experience in project management or in the Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will support the project organisation, create and edit project plans, and use Jira as well as Confluence for structured project work and documentation.

Tasks:
• Support of project management in planning, organising and coordinating project activities
• Creation, editing and ongoing updating of project plans
• Maintenance and preparation of project information in Jira and Confluence
• Support in tracking tasks, deadlines and milestones
• Creation and updating of project documentation as well as coordination with project stakeholders

Requirements:
• Experience in project management or in the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Experience in using Jira and Confluence
• Experience in creating and editing project plans
• Structured, careful and reliable way of working
• Good organisational and communication skills

Languages:
• German: Native language
