Therefore, in summer 2026, we will open new residential places, creating additional space for development, security, and educational diversity. The opening of additional places offers the opportunity to rethink old processes and plan new structures. For this, we need professionals who want to contribute with commitment.

Our exciting tasks are:

• You take on care and support tasks in the daily residential and leisure life of children and adolescents.
• You perform administrative and organizational tasks.
• You shape the work of reference persons, the exchange, and cooperation with relatives and authorities.
• You are an independent and creative personality with a lot of humor, empathy, and great team spirit, physical and mental health.
• As a trained professional, you have experience working with people with challenging behaviors and understanding of complex crisis situations.
