About the job

As a Scrum team, we are responsible for the central user interface of the Finnova Core Banking System – an expert application that bank employees use daily. The individual screens are defined by our specialist teams, and our framework generates the finished interface from them. We are currently rebuilding this user interface from scratch as a modern web application. A rare opportunity not only to further develop a central product but to actively redesign it.
(The position can also be filled in Chur).

• developing modern web applications with Java and Angular
• implementing performant and stable interfaces in the core banking environment
• building a future-oriented expert UI that offers real added value to our internal and external customers
• working in an agile Scrum team where you actively contribute and take responsibility
• clean code, test automation, and continuous integration/deployment
• new technologies and architectures to continuously develop the platform

You excite us...

• a completed higher education in computer science or several years of professional experience in software engineering
• profound knowledge in Java / SpringBoot and web development, preferably Angular
• a high quality awareness, ideally experience with end-to-end tests or load tests
• interest in familiarising yourself with our existing system (Java, Oracle, PL/SQL) and taking responsibility for it
• if possible, experience with generic, parameterisable GUIs
• very good German skills (min C1)
