About us
Bucher Unipektin AG is a fast-growing business unit of the successful, globally operating technology group Bucher Industries AG. Based on many years of expertise and the latest technologies, complex machines and systems are developed, built and sold worldwide for processing fruits and vegetables into juices and concentrates, for thermal concentration and vacuum drying of liquid foods, as well as for dewatering sludges. The further development of our software products and the ongoing digitalisation require additional personnel. Therefore, we are expanding our Software Engineering department and are looking for a flexible and competent personality as a Full Stack Developer (m/f/d).
Your tasks at Bucher Unipektin
- You develop new functions for our customer portal and other digital products (Frontend: Angular, Backend: Java Spring Boot)
- You work on applications of our data platform – from capturing to visualising machine data
- You accompany the entire stack end-to-end: IoT device, data capture, processing, customer portal, hosting and operation
- You design robust data models with MySQL and MongoDB
- You analyse customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions and further develop existing systems
What you should bring
- Apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ, degree (FH/Uni) or comparable education
- Practical experience in web development with Angular as well as backend with Java Spring Boot
- Good database knowledge (MySQL, MongoDB) and ideally first cloud experience (Azure)
- Interest in industrial processes and the ability to quickly understand process engineering requirements
- Very good German and English skills for international collaboration
Your prospects
We offer you an independent, interesting role within an agile team. Short decision-making paths in an international and future-oriented company support you in developing innovative products. Your future workplace is also very well accessible by public transport (bus or S-Bahn from Baden and Zurich).
