Export Specialist Machinery Industry 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss mechanical engineering company focusing on highly precise manufacturing and production technologies. Using the most modern development and manufacturing methods, the company develops and produces innovative solutions for demanding industrial applications. Quality, precision, and technological excellence are at the core.
Responsibilities:
You handle national and international customer orders in the spare parts business.
You clarify technical questions directly with customers and internal specialists.
You coordinate export deliveries with the warehouse, freight forwarders, and other partners.
You compile the necessary documents for international shipments.
You continuously monitor delivery dates and open orders.
You organise and document customer repairs until completion.
You process returns and credit notes according to internal guidelines.
In case of deviations or complaints, you conduct the necessary customer and internal clarifications.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education with a technical reference forms your foundation.
You have at least five years of professional experience in an international sales environment.
Sound knowledge of export and foreign trade is required.
Professional experience in the machinery or technical industry is desirable.
You are proficient in ERP systems as well as MS Office, especially Excel, at a good level.
A structured, resilient, and customer-oriented working style characterises you.
You confidently use German and English in daily customer contact.
French language skills complement your linguistic profile.
