As the first point of contact for the cantonal administration, the call mediation and customer service 3000 ensure a professional and service-oriented contact. We record concerns, provide competent information and bring the right people and departments together.
Your Tasks
As the central hub of customer service and call mediation, you ensure a professional first contact – both internally and externally. You coordinate customer concerns, calls and room reservations, forward enquiries specifically to the responsible specialist departments and act as deputy for the department head.
Your Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service
- Flawless German in spoken and written form
- Good oral skills in French, English and Italian
- Good user knowledge of MS Office.
