Inspector at 100%
Activities / Reporting to the Head of the Public Domain Office, you participate in the smooth running of the said Office and in this context, you:
- Manage requests related to the granting of public domain;
- Prepare opinions for public events;
- Collaborate in the administrative management of public establishments;
- Develop public domain occupation plans;
- Are present on site during markets and funfairs;
- Organise local inspections and monitor the implementation of events;
- Advise applicants on the feasibility of their projects;
- Handle requests addressed to the Office by telephone, emails and letters;
- Carry out various administrative tasks specific to the office.
Desired profile / You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or a draughtsman/draughtswoman CFC or an equivalent qualification. Professional experience in plan development would be an asset. You have a good command of office IT tools and specific tools related to the function. You have good writing skills in French and demonstrate good analytical ability. You are a conscientious person with an open mind, able to integrate into a team. You must be able to work independently and have good listening and problem-solving skills.
Specific requirements / Ensure presence on a rota basis at the weekly Saturday morning market. Be available in case of an event impacting municipal security.
