For our Enterprise Application Team within our central IT organisation (Shared Group Services) we are looking for an experienced, solution-oriented individual to manage and actively develop our business applications. You will work closely in a team of four with our IT colleagues from Infrastructure and Workplace Services as well as with specialist departments, manufacturers and external service providers.

To support our IT team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent, motivated individual as

Application Manager (a) 80-100%

Your tasks

• Further development of business processes, continuously and proactively contributing your ideas
• Support and maintenance (including patch installations) of existing business applications (possibly with external service providers)
• Recording and reviewing possible application and process adjustments
• Performing simple data cleansing
• Participation in the ongoing digitalisation of business processes
• Maintenance and further development of interfaces between applications
• Coordination and hub between employees, support centres and application developers
• Evaluating and analysing key figures and reports
• Participation or project lead in the introduction of new business applications
• Creating and maintaining system and operational documentation

Your profile

• Completed basic training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist or business informatics specialist
• Experience as a power user of ERP or ITSM systems and/or experience in a comparable function, knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in the areas of servers, services and networks
• Your strength is analysing problems and finding practical solutions. We also appreciate your proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
• You are open, independent, customer- and solution-oriented as well as communicative and an absolute team player
• Curious and ready to learn new things and develop yourself further
• German as mother tongue and good English skills in spoken and written form
