Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers dedicate themselves daily with passion to the well-being of our residents.

• Assisting with the professionally competent care and support of 22 residents
• Taking on a variety of tasks independently as well as delegated
• Contributing to the further development of the care and support area
• Taking on domestic tasks

• Completed training as an SRK nursing assistant
• Empathetic and motivated personality with a flair for working with elderly people
• Willingness to support each other in the team and learn from one another

• We offer you meaningful work in a cooperative, flexible and progressive environment
• We maintain open communication within the team, support each other and share responsibility together
• We employ you according to the collective labour agreement of the Bernese long-term care institutions
• We prepare your duty roster at least one month in advance
