What you will do

Case management and individual support of programme participants in the also! / MIKA area
Job coaching support with job search, applications and vocational integration
Support with educational modules for migrants
Support with psychosocial challenges and crises
Collaboration with employers, authorities and specialist agencies
Documentation and reporting
Assistance in acquisition and professional care of new and existing referrers
Assistance in projects and development of quality management

What you bring

Training in the social sector or comparable qualification (HF/FH)
At least 3 years of experience in job coaching or vocational integration or counselling
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient use of MS Office and other specialised software
Empathy, resilience and enjoyment of teamwork
Willingness to take responsibility and shape new things

Advantageous

Experience and maintenance in building up referrers
Project management knowledge
