Objectives

Ensuring efficient, correct and timely processing of all administrative, accounting and real estate-related tasks.

Your tasks

• Accounting and year-end closing tasks
• Budget planning
• Financial planning
• Audit planning and provision of documents
• Processing of payment transactions
• Invoicing
• Personnel and payroll matters
• Real estate management including heating and ancillary cost accounting
• Insurance matters
• General administration
• etc.

Your profile

• Commercial training with a Bernese municipal specialist certificate or comparable qualification
• Experience in accounting and real estate management
• Good knowledge of accounting
• Confident handling of MS Office 
• Experience with accounting software 
• Structured and independent working style
• Reliability and accuracy
• Organisational skills
• Communication skills
• Discretion and sense of responsibility
