Solay-Bau AG is a company in the construction and energy sector. We offer our customers professional solutions around photovoltaic systems, roof and facade renovations, heat pumps, as well as general construction and renovation projects.

To expand our sales network, we are looking for motivated, ambitious and strong closing sales consultants and sales partners.

Your tasks

• Independent acquisition of private and business customers
• Acquisition of new construction and renovation projects
• Consultation and support of potential customers
• Sale of our services and energy solutions
• Building your own customer portfolio
• Accompanying customers until successful contract conclusion

Your profile

• Enjoyment of sales and dealing with people
• Communicative, convincing and closing-oriented manner
• Independent, reliable and goal-oriented working style
• Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent German language skills
• Experience in sales is an advantage but not a requirement

CHF 30,000.– CHF 3,000.–
CHF 50,000.– CHF 5,000.–
CHF 80,000.– CHF 8,000.–
CHF 100,000.– CHF 10,000.–

The amounts are calculation examples. The commission basis, conditions and payment are contractually agreed.

Important: The collaboration is exclusively on a commission basis, without guaranteed fixed salary. The specific contract model is individually agreed.
