Your Team & Mission
Recruiting is much more to us than just filling open positions – it is a crucial success factor for our growth. As part of our Human Resources Department, you will become a member of our Talent Acquisition & Development team and be responsible for operational recruiting in Switzerland and our international locations. You will work closely with our managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Services, actively shaping recruitment success.
Together, we create a positive employee experience – from attracting new talent to developing our employees. With your experience, entrepreneurial thinking, and advisory skills, you ensure that we attract the right talent even in a dynamic environment.
Due to an upcoming maternity leave in our team, we are now looking for reinforcement and look forward to an experienced individual who will help us further develop Talent Acquisition and contribute to the future expansion of our department.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the entire recruiting process (end-to-end) for positions in Switzerland as well as at our international locations.
- You advise and coach hiring managers as a competent sparring partner and support them in making well-founded recruitment decisions, ensuring a smooth recruiting process.
- You develop targeted search strategies together with the specialist departments and implement them independently.
- You actively identify and approach suitable talents via various channels (active sourcing).
- You ensure an excellent candidate experience and professionally accompany candidates throughout the entire application process.
- You collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and manage to advise and convince in a solution-oriented manner even in challenging situations.
- You analyse recruiting metrics, identify optimisation potentials, and contribute ideas for the continuous development of our recruiting processes and employer branding activities.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- At least five years of experience in in-house talent acquisition as well as experience recruiting for Switzerland and ideally for international locations.
- Completed studies (FH/university) or comparable education and training with a focus on human resources, business administration, or psychology.
- Active sourcing is second nature to you, and you use modern recruiting methods purposefully.
- You bring strong advisory skills and manage to professionally coach or challenge hiring managers and navigate confidently in a diverse stakeholder environment.
- You work independently, prioritise confidently, and take responsibility for your topics.
- You think entrepreneurially, recognise opportunities, and implement pragmatic solutions.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
