Customer Service Consultant 80-100% (m/f/d)
fixed-term until 31.12.2026.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Consultant, you competently support customers with questions about invoices and payments. You handle incoming telephone enquiries efficiently, solution-oriented and customer-friendly.
Tasks:
- You answer telephone customer enquiries in the invoicing area
- Support with questions about invoices, payments and outstanding amounts
- Agreement of instalment payments and deferrals according to specifications
- Processing of credits, refunds and offsets
- Execution of connection suspensions and reactivations
- Correction or cancellation of invoices if necessary
- Recognising customer needs and actively creating added value (e.g. - switching to online payment, help in self-care, adjustment of payment method, sales)
What you bring:
- Experience in customer service, contact centre or in a commercial environment is an advantage
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
- High customer and service orientation
- Empathetic, friendly and solution-oriented communication
- Interest in finance, invoicing or payment topics
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of IT systems and quick comprehension
We offer you:
- Workload: 80-100%
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00
- Home office negotiable after 1-2 months of induction period.
