Customer Service Employee

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in customer service
• Independent and reliable personality
• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
• Articulate

Your Responsibilities

• Recording and processing orders
• Handling customer enquiries independently
• Supporting customers in selecting from our Mandelbärli range
• Updating and maintaining customer data
• Organising and scheduling customer orders
• Processing orders from the webshop
• Looking after our resellers
• Providing written and telephone advice to our customers
