With us, you are the competent contact person for our customers regarding door communication systems. You advise, find technical solutions, and accompany exciting projects from inquiry to implementation.

What awaits you

• Advising our customers by phone and in writing on technical questions about our door communication systems.
• Analysing technical problems, developing suitable solutions, and supporting quotation requests and orders.
• Processing special orders and individual customer enquiries.
• Creating technical documents such as installation diagrams, mechanical drawings, and accompanying papers.
• Supporting our field service in the technical development of projects.
• Close cooperation with various internal and external departments.
• Actively contributing your ideas and technical know-how to the team.

You bring with you

• A completed electrical engineering training as an electrician or radio/TV electrician and several years of professional experience.
• Enjoyment of telephone and written customer contact.
• A cool head and thoughtful action, even in hectic situations.
• Enjoyment of teamwork and active collaboration.
• An independent and efficient working style, while always keeping the team and other areas in view.
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with ERP and CAD systems.
• German as the main language is a prerequisite. If you also speak French and can use it in everyday work, you are one step ahead.
