Your Tasks
- Support of our clinical information system application KISIM
- Ensuring internal support as well as on-call service and maintenance work
- Specification of technical requirements in collaboration with specialist departments and suppliers
- Project participation and management of sub-projects
- Conducting staff training
- Creating and maintaining documentation
Your Profile
- IT-savvy person from the healthcare sector with professional experience in an acute hospital or completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with experience in application support
- Practical experience with a clinical information system, ideally with "KISIM" is an advantage
- High sense of responsibility, good analytical skills as well as openness to new technologies
- Good communication skills (German at native level, spoken and written) as well as a strong customer and service orientation
