The Swiss Central Office for Construction Rationalisation CRB is the centre of expertise for standards in the construction industry. On behalf of the Swiss construction sector, we develop working tools for planning, execution and management together with partners and professionals from practice.

To strengthen our team at the Zurich location, we are looking for an innovative personality.

Your tasks
• You are strategically and economically responsible for your products – from the product vision and roadmap to market launch and further development and optimisation of the product lifecycle
• You significantly shape the orientation of your products: Where do we position ourselves, which customer problems do we solve, what market potential do we see – and what do we consciously forego?
• You understand product management also as economic responsibility and can include market potential, sales, costs and investments in your decisions
• You are close to the market: You hold discussions with customers, professional associations and software partners and derive well-founded product decisions from them
• You manage internal collaboration and ensure that requirements become effective solutions

Your profile
• Business degree at FH or university level or equivalent further training, ideally with a focus on product management
• Construction-related education or training or practical experience in the construction and planning sector are an advantage. What matters is your ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex specialist areas and develop customer-oriented products from them
• Several years of experience in product management with independent responsibility for products, ideally in the B2B environment
• Proven success in strategically aligning products and bringing them to market
• Your mother tongue is German. French or English skills are an advantage
