For the two easily manageable school buildings Ilfis and Oberfrittenbach, each with 4 classes from kindergarten to 6th grade, we are looking for you.
The Langnau school comprises about 970 students in 46 classes at 7 locations. The 4 principals and the MR school management organize themselves under the direction of the overall school principal in the school management conference as an operational management body.

Tasks
As deputy to the principal, you will operationally lead the two locations Ilfis and Oberfrittenbach in educational, personnel, organizational, and administrative matters.
• You represent the schools externally and are a member of the school management conference.
• You take over personnel and workload planning for the coming school year.
• Further tasks as agreed
Requirements
• You are willing to engage with the people at the schools and shape the future together with them.
• We look forward to an integrative, communicatively strong, enthusiastic, and innovative personality who leads in a goal- and solution-oriented manner.
• You have a pedagogical education and have teaching and leadership experience.
• You have completed a recognized school leadership training.
