• You keep the reins in your hands: From registration to examination, you coordinate the entire course administration.
• For our students and lecturers, you are a reliable point of contact – friendly, competent and solution-oriented.
• You support the school management and executive board in everyday administrative tasks.
• Whether correspondence, appointment planning or classic secretarial duties – you always keep an overview.
• You competently and insightfully manage our social media accounts, homepage and digital learning platform.
• At reception, by email or telephone, you provide friendly information about our offerings.
• You work independently, in a structured manner and always keep the big picture in mind.

Your profile – professionally competent, personally convincing:

• Office routine is no stranger to you: You have a commercial basic education and bring several years of professional experience.
• You are confident in German – on the phone, by email and in personal conversation.
• You think ahead, act pragmatically and address matters clearly.
• Planning, organising and following through – you work independently and reliably.
