About the job

Do you want to not only design talent development but also anchor it sustainably within the company? As a Learning & Development Specialist, you contribute to the talent, leadership, and personnel development of the Micarna Group. You advise management and leaders, set clear guidelines, and ensure that development processes have an impact.

What you achieve

• You accompany the talent development of the Micarna Group and consistently advance potential, succession, and development processes.
• You advise and challenge management and leaders on talent, leadership, and development issues.
• You empower leaders in their development responsibilities and ensure binding implementation within the line.
• You contribute to effective programmes for talents and leaders in coordination with Migros Industry.

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field of study: Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline
• Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in talent, leadership, or personnel development
• You understand talent development as an expert function and can successfully anchor sustainable development and talent management processes.
• You convince through strong consulting, sparring, and coaching skills in dealing with management and leaders.
• You bring the necessary assertiveness to implement decisions, standards, and development processes bindingly.
• You think entrepreneurially, recognise future competency needs, and translate strategic requirements into practical solutions.
• You move confidently in complex organisations and understand how to constructively bring together different interests.
